Introduction
The sight of the heavens awes most people on a summer starlight night especially when the stars seem to twinkle with a will all of their own and of course the speculation of just how far they are from us and how did they all get there? The moon and our own immediate star the sun, continue to receive their special interest.
Wishing to show no disrespect to those scientists who have done so much work in this area, we were a little surprised by the latest series by Professor Stephen Hawkins on the subject of the age of the universe etc. The age of the universe by various people has been given as 15 million, 35 million, and 65 million, give or take a few million years.
Any normal school boy will ask the question, how do we know, were we there? Which means of course that the scientists who are trying so hard to impress us with their knowledge really only end up by losing all credibility.
It is the New World Order or the Global Elite that controls the media that is propagating the idea that a comet some 65 million years ago destroyed the Pre Adamic period and it is usual to hear comments that the age of the universe is five billion years old. Some wag will even postulate that it is several trillion years old so that if one believes in a God being at all he must be very slow or that evolution is very clever. The main aim is to disperse the powers of the mind and cause the subject to be said with such authority that only the present establishment knows what it is talking about.
If one accepts evolutionery ideas, they always befuddle the mind; whereas if one is God fearing, He does in fact bring the subject down to earth. So what does God say on the subject?
Gen 1:16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day and the lesser light to rule the night: Verse 19, and the evening and the morning were the fourth day.
Now it is only implied here that the greater light is the sun because it doesn’t actually say so but as Gen 15:17 does talk about the sun it is a good educated guess that God wants us to know that the greater light is in fact the sun. After all is said and done these days, one can’t have daylight without sunlight or without a special machine. Psalm 136:8. The sun to rule by day also confirms this.
Another idea which most Christians generally accept is that according to the known records, man’s history is about 6000 years; this is helped by the fact that the Jews can trace their history to within 7 days of creation, i.e. man, (Gen 1:27) was created on the sixth day. Verse 31.
Some have speculated that the “day” mentioned is about 1000 years while others say it is 1 million years while others who are more down to earth will say 24 hrs, but those who have read our Passover Core report will be aware that it is 12 hrs daylight . (John 11:9). Grass was created (Gen 1:11) on the third day and rain (2:6) about the eighth.
The really big question is, when was the earth actually created?
Part of the answer lies in Gen 1:1 which states that in the beginning GOD created the heaven and earth.
Notice this is referring to an actual materialistic creation which was at the beginning. It also refers to ONE heaven and ONE earth.
Next something also happened WHEN the earth was created. Job 38:1:7 supplies the information by a question. Verse 4 God says to Job “Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the EARTH?” Verse 7 “When the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy?”
This tells us a lot. In the very beginning GOD created angelic spirit beings calling them morning stars and sons of God. These sons of GOD were also spirit beings that had everlasting life ahead of them. These beings of God had light power that could be switched on and off (--write for our free book “What God is actually like”) they were like God and had similar powers to him. These angelic beings were in fact the God family reproducing itself. They were an instantaneous creation that made the universe around the God family sparkle with myriad colours like a continuous firework night. What a majestic awesome powerful scene this must have been.
The angels therefore were created just before the earth but after the third heaven. God made the earth to be inhabited. (Isaiah 45:18) For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited.
Lucifer was then placed in charge of the earth and rebelled, write for our free article “Are you going to Heaven when you die?” Going by the fact that Christ is going to take complete charge of the earth i.e. the millennium or the thousand year reign (Rev 20:5) and that the surface of the earth was recreated after the rebellion in six days and God rested on the seventh. It would appear that Lucifer was given charge of the earth for 7 thousand years. He blew it in less than 1000 years; fossils show that Atomic war has happened before.
At the end of the first thousand years the surface of the earth had become without form and void, Gen 1:2 . It had become using evolutionary terms a Primordial soup of murky water and gases with Satan and his demons trying to hide from God in the pitch black darkness. God then set about reforming the surface of the earth so that it could be inhabited by man made “after the God kind.”
God (the Logos) then switched on his own light power and set about rotating the earth so that all things would be affected and seen by the end of the first day.
God then sent out a heat radiation from himself of about 20oC so that coupled with the centrifugal force of the rotating earth most of the water on top of the surface of the earth would fly outwards. This created the watery layer we now know as clouds and the space between the clouds and at earth level, being the firmament or heaven or space where birds were to fly and the sun and moon were to occupy. This heaven was now the second heaven he had created. This by the end of the second day.
He then altered the topography of the earth creating the mountains so that the seas were formed in valleys plus vegetation by the end of the third day.
Reference points were then created for man called lights (Gen 1:16) which we now accept as being the sun and moon in the fourth 12 hour light period or the fourth day.
Man and woman was created two days later. So as we now know, that the known records of mans history goes back to within seven days of creation or to be now more exact RECREATION of the surface of the earth. Making the sun and moon only 6000 years old. This then makes the original creation of the earth and heaven as being about 7000 years.
One of the problems that the modern media have produced is that they have confused TIME and DISTANCE. Time is NOT the same as distance. The reason for the confusion is that time travel programs nearly always call for a person to enter into a type of time TUNNEL where they are supposed to go backward or forward in so called “time travel”. This normally shows a person spinning or floating through a tunnel so that a person has to go from A to B to the other end and has supposedly gone forward through time. This is incorrect.
The scientist H.G. Wells in his book/film THE TIME MACHINE (a fiction story with more than an element of truth), showed quite clearly what time was and is; the now known 4th dimension. The first dimension is UP AND DOWN the second is FORWARD AND BACKWARD and the third from LEFT TO RIGHT. So a box occupies three dimensions in the observable sense. Time the 4th dimension is best described by a flower that although it occupies the first three dimensions in the sense like a box; as it is growing, it is occupying roughly the same space as it remains standing and growing as time goes on.
We can’t physically go back in time but we do go forward in time. In the time machine of the film, the machine remained in the same spot even though it went ahead to the year 2200 and then went back in time again by its control of levers. It is incorrect to say that the machine moved any distance. It remained in the house all of the TIME. Or another example, we live in a house NOW and we hope that in a thousand years time we will be spirit beings in the kingdom of God occupying the same house.
Some scientist however try to go back in time using mathematics. Let’s not underestimate how brilliant scientists are, for example we have gone from the abacus to computers that can do calculations faster than any human brain in it’s own field. Their brilliance however can blind their own intelligents in certain areas. It is now recognised that the universe in general is in a state of decay or to put it in another way; the universe was at some point wound up or had a starting point. The so called big bang theory keeps this in mind.
Radiometric measurements are a means that show that we are in a state of decay. Uranium and thorium both decay radioactively to form lead and helium gas. This is normally shown in colleges in science laboratories where a Geiger counter is used as a measuring device. The procedure is that one takes a small mass of carbon 14 (as an example) and using the Geiger counter the counts are measured over about 2 to 3 days and these are plotted on a graph paper using rate of decay against time. The editor has been involved in these types of experiments.
Using the decay curve a supposed “half life” can be calculated of the mass of material used. From this it is theoretically calculated when the mass came into being hence when the universe started. The term theoretical is used because when one plots the curve points, the first thing that students recognise is that the first point does not actually start at time zero. The end of the curve does not actually reach the bottom of the line at decay zero. So that what we have really got is a curve of that mass of material which is held in space so to speak and the curve is only of those three days. The material’s start in the universe is guesswork because the supposed start of the curve can be back extrapolated and range from rapid decay to incredibly high speed decay. From this, the supposed half life of the material is found.
The formulae E= MC2 is used where C is the speed of light a “known” constant. All of these calculations are based upon assumptions. The starting point of the curve is assumed and the constant is assumed and this goes for all materials. If one questions the lecturer then the answer is normally “oh that’s philosophy we don’t go into that area” and of course if one wants to pass the exam no further questions are asked.
However being realistic about it the starting point of the mass in not known because no human being was there at the time it was created and the constant, the speed of light is now known to be slowing down; this has been measured over the last thirty years. The only actual thing that is “known” is that carbon 14 is only accurate to within 500 years, which colleagues of mine have confirmed.
In reality that which appears to have a half life of millions of years could easily have been created 7000 years ago and created to last forever.
All of this scientific information is covered in the chapter on “Old earth Young earth” from the book In the minds of men Darwin and the New World Order by Ian T.Taylor. Taylor points out page 339 “When taken together, however, an age of less than 10,000 years fits all the facts most reasonably”.
The fossils which are in the British Museum i.e. the dinosaurs only show that they were destroyed by a massive upheaval of an instantaneous destructive form. That is the only way fish could have been trapped in the process of eating smaller fish and “birds” being caught in the “act of flight”
Angels are light beings and Lucifer was the arch angel or covering cherub. Lucifer was originally created an angel of light or a light bringer. So that when Lucifer and a host of angels were originally placed on the earth, there was no need of the sun and moon because they were the source of light.
Lucifer was created to have creative ability as man is also capable of limited creativity ability. Gen 1:26 And God said let us make man in OUR image, and after OUR likeness. So it is fairly obvious that Lucifer made a very advanced civilisation after his image and after his likeness. Ezekiel 28:15, Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.
According to evolutionists all things of an organic nature came from DNA which came from a primordial swamp of water and slush. Then somehow collected together into the Nucleus of a cell. What these evolutionists don’t seem to figure out is that DNA (DeoxyriboNucleicAcid) which is made up of oxygen and hydrogen is soluble in water, so DNA would not have a chance in hell of getting together in the correct complicated structure to make up even a primitive human being while it is in water.
“TOE” or theory of everything is in fact GOD, God is everything.
Hebrew/Greek Key Study Bible ISBN 0-89957-657-5 page 2 states that all the universe, including the heavens and the earth Gen 1:1 was created in the six day period mentioned in the first chapter of Genesis.
In reality the main thrust of Exodus 20:11 is to keep a Sabbath day of rest. Moses was not going over the first chapter of Genesis again.
“For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the lord blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it”.
Moses is simply stating what God did in the recreation or reformation, after Lucifers rebellious Atomic War.
Archbishop Usher arrived at a date of 4004 BC for the start of creation which made the earth 6000 years which is a lot better than 65 million years old.

This one gives a different viewpoint by saying that Genesis is a Myth. The same firm supplies Combatting Cult Mind Control by Hassan ISBN 0-89281-311-3 which is always worthwhile having around.
The Creation of Life by Andrew Scott ISBN 0 631 14883 3 is another one on the same topic but with Mr Scott all things started from “stardust” with evolution as the god.

Gazing upon the multitude of stars that shine in the nocturnal heavens, one might despair of reading anything intelligible in their design - they seem to be so scattered, so entirely without order, spread with such confusion over the face of the sky.
As we behold these twinkling points of light, shining down from their serene heights, we recall the words of the Psalmist.
"The heavens declare the glory of God and the firmament sheweth his handiwork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge... Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun" (Psalm 19: 1-4).
Having declared that the heavens reveal God's glory, the Psalmist informs us that the heavens declare a message in a language that is understood by all peoples. These starry worlds, as such, do show forth His "handiwork", but explain little about the "glory of God". How then can the stars be made to speak, in a language everyone can understand?
The answer is quite evident. Pictures speak in all dialects. They speak a universal language, to all peoples everywhere. Somewhere in the earliest ages of human existence the visible stars were named. Certain ones were arranged into groups by someone thoroughly familiar with the laws of astronomy. Those names and groupings were at the same time included in certain figures, natural or imaginary, but intensely symbolic and significant. Today we know them as the Constellations.
Twelve constellations make up the Zodiac. These major star groupings form a belt which circles the sky close to the plane of the earth's orbit around the sun. Modern atlases list them in the following order: Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius and Pisces.
It is well known that the ancient races drew charts of these Zodiacal Signs,' that ancient astrology was actually the father of astronomy. Astronomers sometimes denounce the Zodiac as unnatural and confusing, yet they have never been able to brush it aside or to substitute anything better or more convenient in its place. The Signs of the Zodiac are part of the common universal language of astronomical science.
The Zodiac is found in religious faiths and pagan superstitions. Astrology is based upon it. The Bible is replete with it. The Companion Bible tells us that all the verbs in the second half of Psalm 19 are of an astronomical nature. The written words of Scripture parallel the words written in the heavens and preserved in the Signs of the Zodiac.
Authors of books on astronomy, when referring to the figures associated with the constellations, speak of the antiquity of their origin. Without exception they are unable to give the source of the inspiration which resulted in the naming and meaning of the pictorial groupings. The existence of Zodiacal figures have been traced in all ages and among all nations, with all their features settled and fixed from the most distant periods.
Learned antiquarians of modern times have searched every page of heathen mythology, ransacked all the legends of poetry and fables to answer the question, Who framed this system? Investigations of all the religions, sciences, customs and traditions of every nation, tribe and people have failed to discover who first so accurately observed the celestial bodies and so sublimely wove them together into one great scheme. What the stars were meant to signify, over and above what is evidenced by their own nature, interpreters have been at a loss to tell us.
Were such wonderful creations of almighty power and wisdom without purpose or meaning? Was there some original, divine science connected with the star designs? Is there evidence to show it was the will of the Eternal God and that His sons and daughters enjoy His handiwork and understand His glory?
The stars are suns, heavenly bodies shining by their own light and generally so far away from us that, moving rapidly, they seem fixed in their position. Although several thousand stars are visible on the clearest night, a telescope reveals multitudes more. The total in our universe may run into billions, but even so, space is almost empty. The nearest star, our sun, is a mere 93 million miles away. The next nearest star is 26 million-million miles distant, nearly 300,000 times farther than our sun.
The stars that are visible to the naked eye are divided into six magnitudes, or orders of brightness. But these are arbitrary, and the actual graduations are innumerable. In fact it would be difficult to find two stars, ranked as first magnitude, of equal brightness. The inequality in some cases is very great; "for one star differeth from another star in glory". There are 21 stars classified as of the first magnitude, or highest degree of brightness. These are scattered over the heavens and have their own individual names.
"And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: He made the stars also". Genesis 1:16.
The statement “He made the stars also” is put in almost as an afterthought as it was done with such incredible ease. When was it done? Verse 19 at the end of the fourth day.
So the CONTENT of this vast galaxy filled universe of which page one shows only our immediate one is only 6000 years old. God could now switch off his own light brilliance and create man in HIS OWN IMAGE.
